I work one-on-one, or in small groups. Sessions can be conducted in my client’s home, at their gym, or a suitable outdoor environment. My goal is to help my clients develop a realistic plan to set and reach fitness goals that allow them to live their version of a healthy, active life. My programs are based on a functional fitness model.
